Moving to Dallas–Fort Worth. Where should you actually live?
Where In DFW ranks North Texas cities against your real constraints — your workplace, your commute ceiling, your household's two jobs — using a deterministic scoring model on verified data. No guesswork, no hidden weighting, and when we don't have a number, we say so.
Start with your commute
The Fit Engine scores ten North DFW cities on a computed 60-route commute grid. Price and housing-stock dimensions activate as county-verified data lands — see the methodology.
How it works
1 · Verified data only
Every figure carries its source and retrieval date. The commute grid is computed from the OSRM routing model across 10 cities × 6 employment centers. Missing data is shown as missing — never invented to complete a comparison.
2 · Deterministic scoring
Rankings come from a versioned scoring function (currently v1.0-commute) on your stated constraints. Same inputs, same answer, every time — and every score shows the reasons it gained or lost points.
